3:16 AI Solutions provides AI-powered missed call recovery and revenue automation services for home service businesses.

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Automated missed call text response

  • AI-powered appointment booking

  • Front office automation systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

  1. FREE TRIAL

We offer a 14-day free trial for new clients. The free trial begins on the date your service is activated.

No credit card is required to start your free trial. After the trial period ends, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription.

  1. PAYMENT AND BILLING

  • Service fees are billed monthly at the rate agreed upon at signup

  • Current starting price is $300 per month

  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice

  1. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at 316AiSolutions@gmail.com or calling (817) 438-2050.

There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our services you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information

  • Ensure you have the legal right to use the phone number connected to our system

  • Comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

  1. TCPA COMPLIANCE

By signing up for our services, you agree to receive automated text messages from 3:16 AI Solutions on behalf of your business.

For your customers: Our AI system sends automated SMS messages to callers who have attempted to contact your business.

By engaging with our service, you as the business owner confirm that your customers have a reasonable expectation of being

contacted back by your business via text message.

Opt-Out: Recipients of text messages can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Once STOP is received, no further messages will be sent to that number.

Help: Recipients can reply HELP at any time to receive assistance or contact information.

Message frequency: Varies based on customer interactions.

Message and data rates may apply.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our automated messaging service complies with the

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations.

3:16 AI Solutions is not liable for any TCPA violations resulting from improper use of our services.

  1. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

While our AI automation is designed to recover missed calls and book appointments, actual results

will vary depending on your business, call volume, industry, and other factors.

Any statistics or examples referenced on our website are based on industry averages and are not a guarantee of individual results.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3:16 AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or

consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
